A Pathway Built for Growth
Every age group trains for a reason. Here’s what your child trains on, at every stage — and where it leads.
“The beauty of football is that anyone can kick a ball — but not everyone gets the chance to go further.”
U5-U6:
First Touches. First Team.
Foundational movement, coordination, and first contact with the ball. Sessions are short, active, and built around games — not standing in lines.
Skills developed: Ball control, movement and coordination, following instruction, first experience of team play.
Training approach: Games-based learning. High coach attention. Short, high-energy sessions.
What to expect: 1.5 hours, high energy, steady skill-building across the season.

U7-U9:
Core Technical Training
Solid technical foundations — first touch, passing, dribbling — built through structured drills and competitive small-sided games.
Skills developed: First touch, passing accuracy, ball control under pressure, positional basics, teamwork.
Training approach: Structured technical drills, competitive small-sided matches.
What to expect: 2 hours, measurable technical progress, first competitive matches.
U10–U12
Tactical Development
Technical training sharpens as the game gets more complex — positioning, decision-making, reading play. Players train to understand the game, not just execute drills.
Skills developed: Advanced ball control, tactical positioning, decision-making under pressure, physical conditioning, on-pitch communication.
Training approach: Structured tactical and technical sessions. Regular competitive matches.
What to expect: 2 hours, individual performance feedback, tournament play.

U13–U16
Advanced Training. Competitive Standard.
For players training toward the top — trials, representative football, or a serious competitive standard. Advanced technical, tactical, and physical training, coached with the discipline of higher-level football.
Skills developed: Advanced technical and tactical mastery, position-specific training, physical conditioning, match management, leadership.
Training approach: High-intensity structured sessions. Performance tracking. Competitive fixtures and tournament play.
What to expect: Higher training commitment, direct performance feedback, support toward trials and representative opportunities.
